1. Processing & Production Times

Because your banners are custom made using top-tier manufacturing, each order undergoes a strict quality-check phase before shipping.

  • Standard Production: Orders typically move into production immediately following artwork approval. Production takes 1 to 3 business days.

  • Artwork Approval: To ensure your display is vivid and flawless, production timelines begin after any necessary artwork or design confirmations are finalized.

2. Fast Nationwide Shipping

Once your custom sign leaves our domestic production facility, it is securely packaged and handed over to our trusted network of premium carrier partners (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers straight to your doorstep within 1 to 2 business days across the United States.

  • Tracking Your Order: The moment your banner ships, you will receive an automated email from Shopify containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real-time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Area

  • We proudly ship to all valid residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total dimensions and weight of your banner order (such as our heavy-duty 18oz or standard 13oz vinyl options).

4. Important Delivery & Tracking Notes

  • Delivery Delays: While our third-party carrier networks are highly efficient, Banners America is not responsible for transit delays caused by extreme weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or incorrect address entries at checkout.

  • Damaged Shipments: All banners are packaged to withstand standard transit conditions. If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, please contact our support team immediately via our Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging so we can prioritize a replacement for you.
